The Ultra Duty Belt is a durable double - layer 2 in. Nylon belt with an edge padded for comfort. The interior polymer stiffener adds support while reducing bulk. It is Rigid enough to carry gear but flexible enough for all day comfort.
Outer duty belts are constructed with the intent that an inner belt will be worn over trousers with pouches attached. If the user’s waist is 44”, they need to order the XL. The extra 2” in the outer duty belt is meant to accommodate the additional radius (increased circumference) created by an inner belt. If the user is not going to wear an inner belt, they need to step down to the next lower size.
